Formación

• High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including proficiency in medical terminology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software; ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules appointment requests and notes special needs.
• Communicates insurance participation, financial responsibility, and time-of-service policy to patients.
• Verifies insurance and collects demographic information in EPIC.
• Takes ownership of resolving scheduling issues and escalates when needed.
• Mentors colleagues and contributes to workflow improvements.
