• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information in the CS-Link system with high accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, understanding scheduling protocols and special requests.
• Coordinate procedures/testing with other departments and monitor daily schedule for no-shows.
• Analyze insurance benefits to assess patient out-of-pocket costs and authorization requirements.
• Manage providers' master schedules and patient/provider communications.
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
