Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including proficiency in medical terminology.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a call-center environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointment requests and manages patient information in EPIC.
• Verifies insurance, explains financial responsibilities, and policies.
• Performs outbound Epic referral scheduling and follow-ups.
• Mentors other Specialists and escalates complex issues to Supervisors as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and handles general administrative tasks.
