Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, call center, patient support, or client care experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable using computers, multiple systems, headsets, cameras, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to handle sensitive medical information while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer and technical support to patients, members, and customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with appointment questions, insurance eligibility, care center information, service navigation, and general healthcare support needs.
• Process medical orders and verify that required information is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Troubleshoot customer questions or technical issues and follow through to resolution.
• Document customer interactions, updates, and outcomes accurately in company systems.
• Collaborate with care centers and internal teams while protecting confidential information and following HIPAA requirements.
