Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Accept payments for physician or clinic services and post charges; generate daily payment reports.
• Assist with medical records duties: pull charts, file, and transfer records.
• Answer phones and handle routine inquiries; escalate issues as needed.
• Support training and mentoring of junior Patient Services Specialists.
