You will collect payments, facilitate intake forms, and ensure PHI privacy, following organizational, local, state, and federal regulations. The role supports intake procedures and may orient other staff to the department.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies, patient billing.
• Ability to communicate with patients and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data interpretation.
• PHI privacy awareness.

Responsabilités
