You will support scheduling, verification, referrals, and pre-registrations while upholding high standards of confidentiality and service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year PSA experience, medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication skills to adapt to clinic needs and ensure efficient operations.

Qualificações

• 1 year of PSA experience or equivalent
• Medical terminology class completion or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage phone customer service and be the welcoming voice
• Handle patient information (demographics, insurance verification, scheduling)
• Process referrals, authorizations, pre-registrations, and other clerical tasks
