Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED General studies.
• Minimum of 6 months experience scheduling patient appointments.
• Experience with computer systems, including Windows-based programs and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve caller inquiries completely during the initial contact.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
• Schedule appointments accurately using electronic systems and manage referrals and authorizations.
• Meet quality assurance and key performance metrics.
• Provide high-level patient/customer service with active listening and problem solving.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies.
