Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and demographics in the system.
• Answer phones and provide accurate information to patients.
• Direct patients to appropriate waiting areas and resources.
• Process payments and post charges using standard coding.
• Support medical records duties as requested.
