Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, insurance or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy in person, by phone and online.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register and schedule patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Coordinate communication between patients, staff and providers.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Route inquiries and messages to appropriate teams and resolve basic financial questions.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily batch and deposit tasks.
• Maintain accurate messages and account workflows in queues.
