• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Provides strong communication and excellent customer service when greeting patients.
• Schedules patients and enters information into the computer system for scheduling.
• Processes patients at point of service and handles registration accuracy.
• Calculates and collects patient liabilities and processes payments.
• Reconciles cash drawer at end of day.
• Assists with referrals, authorizations, and scheduling across locations.
