Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a friendly front office professional to support a physician practice in the Scottsdale area. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify demographics and insurance, and assist with referrals and billing.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, data entry, collecting payments, explaining the patient portal, and ensuring smooth patient flow in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the practice.
• Answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments, and manage office communications.
• Check in patients, verify demographics, and confirm insurance information.
• Check out patients and assist with referral processing and scheduling.
• Collect co-pays and post charges.
• Enter data into the electronic system accurately.
• Explain the patient portal and assist with enrollment.
