Bon Secours Health System's Doctor’s Family Medicine - St. Francis Physician Services in Greer, SC is seeking a Patient Services Representative. You will register patients, verify demographics, collect insurance cards, and manage patient identification.

You will schedule appointments, handle transcriptions, explain financial options, and keep medical records accurate. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team-focused attitude.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respectful, professional communication.
• Schedule patients, enter information, and support online scheduling and MyChart.
• Process admissions paperwork, verify insurance, and correct registration errors.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile cash at the end of the day.
• Assist with referrals, follow-ups, and coordinating visits across locations.
