Bon Secours Health System, Premier Family Medicine – St. Francis Physician Services, seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and the community.

You will handle registration, verify demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, and explain financial options with accuracy and care. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer service, cover other physician practices as needed, and support efficient patient flow in a patient-centered

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience registering patients and verifying demographics.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact between patients and practices.
• Greet patients and the community with respect and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling information into the system.
• Process admissions paperwork and verify insurance information.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with referrals, MyChart, and online scheduling as needed.
• Obtain proper authorizations and pre-certifications when applicable.
