Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Upstate Cardiology in Greenville. The role handles patient registration, demographics verification, insurance cards, and patient identification, while scheduling appointments and updating medical records.

The position requires excellent customer service and strong communication skills to assist patients and visit coordination. Occasional coverage of other physician practices may occur.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Provides strong communication and excellent customer service skills by greeting patients and the community in a respectful manner.
• Schedules appointments and enters necessary information for patient scheduling into the computer system in a timely and accurate manner.

• Verifies demographics and insurance information and assists with payments and enrollment processes.
