Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Upstate Cardiology location in Greenville, SC. The role acts as the first line of quality service to patients, handling registration, demographics verification, insurance cards, and patient identification, while scheduling appointments and updating medical records with accuracy.

Responsibilities include explaining financial options to patients, processing payments, and occasionally covering other physician practice locations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling information.
• Process patient registration and verify demographics and insurance.
• Explain financial options and collect patient payments.
• Assist with chart pulling and medical records updates as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments when required.
