Qualifications

• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication.
• Ability to schedule appointments and enter data accurately.
• Ability to calculate patient liabilities and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greets patients and the community with respectful communication and service.
• Answers calls, routes them, schedules patients, and enters scheduling information.
• Processes patients during check-in and handles basic insurance verification.
• Collects payments, reconciles cash at day end, and assists with referrals.
