The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, explain financial options to patients and support care across physician practices as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with respectful, helpful communication.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information into the system accurately.
• Process admissions paperwork and verify basic insurance information.
• Assist patients with scheduling referrals and online/MyChart access.
• Collect and reconcile patient payments and maintain lobby times data.
• Protect patient privacy and follow office policies in all interactions.
