Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a Patient Services Specialist / PCA to join our team in Wilton, CT. The role combines front desk duties with assisting the technologist in patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication with patients, staff, and physicians.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with medical office assistant training preferred and 1–2 years of related experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Ability to assist patients on and off exam tables.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and exceptional service.
• Communicate with physicians, patients, and staff by phone to provide information and schedule appointments.
• Complete patient admission process accurately and efficiently.
• Explain exam preps and address patient questions or concerns.
• Record patient copays and process payments per protocol.
• Assist technologists and staff as needed.
• Scan documents accurately and manage incoming faxes.
• Maintain records of outside reads and communicate results on time.
• Prepare radiologic rooms and assist patients on/off the exam table.
• Weekend hours on rotating schedule.
