Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Bridgewater, NJ is hiring a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) for the Somerset OBGYN practice. You will be the first and last contact for patients, handling scheduling, inquiries, and front-desk duties with a focus on friendliness and efficiency.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and prior reception experience is preferred. The role offers full-time hours, a 9:00–5:00 schedule with one alternating night, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/PSR experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively collect and record copayments.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Register patients and activate files.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Document patient encounters accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
