Job summary

Axia Women’s Health in Bryn Mawr/Plymouth Meeting/King of Prussia region is seeking a Patient Services Representative at Main Line Women’s Healthcare. The PSR I greets patients, handles registrations, schedules visits, and supports daily administrative workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards, with opportunities to work at satellite locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate waiting area.
• Schedule and modify appointments; activate patient files and registrations.
• Collect copayments and verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Answer phones and route messages; manage front-desk communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support daily administrative workflows.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA and OSHA; participate in team meetings.
