Axia Women’s Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative I for Somerset OBGYN in Bridgewater, NJ. The role is the first and last contact for patients, handling front-desk responsibilities with a focus on service excellence.

Office hours are 9-5 with one alternating night 12-7:30pm; full-time benefits start the first of the month after hire. You may cover satellite locations as needed, ensuring compassionate, efficient patient care.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and modify appointments and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collect copayments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Register patients and activate patient files.
• Communicate with the clinical team as needed.
• Route calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling next year Annual Exam and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters.
• Support daily administrative workflows and maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
