You will be the first contact for patients, handling scheduling, registration, payments, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes a friendly, HIPAA-compliant front-desk experience with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and the equivalent of one year of full-time clinical or administrative health care experience; or six months RPCI Oncology experience.
• Must have one year customer service experience in an office setting, preferably with patients

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage patient information
• Process payments and collect co-pays
• Coordinate with nurses, physicians and staff
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA
