Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a timely and friendly manner.
• Ensure that patients complete necessary forms for the EHR and billing.
• Maintain patient demographic and insurance information; verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Ensure good patient flow through the front office by timely processing of patients.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding registration or billing questions.
• Refer patient inquiries regarding medical care to nurse or physician.
• Schedule patients with appropriate physician and document scanning into EHR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
