Job summary

Overlake Medical Clinics is seeking an experienced PART TIME Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and distributing records through EPIC EMR to support the patient experience.

The role requires travel to all OMC locations and a valid driver's license. Work is 24 hours per week with variable shifts, Monday through Friday, 8-hour blocks, between 6:45am and 10pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications; EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route calls.
• Distribute records through EPIC EMR.
• Provide excellent customer service for patient experience.
• Travel to all clinic locations as needed (Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Newcastle, Bellevue).

Overlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking an experienced PART TIME Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. Primary responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling appointments, answering phones, distribution of records through EPIC (the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. Must have car. Position requires travel to all OMC clinic locations (Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Newcastle, and Bellevue). Candidates must be available to work variable shift times, three weekdays per week (8-hour shifts). Schedule availability to be discussed during interview

Part-time / 24 hours per week

Monday - Friday /8 hour shifts

Varied schedule 645am to 10pm

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.

• Must have vehicle to drive self to clinics and have a valid Drivers License

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
