Job summary

Overlake Clinics, a subsidiary of Overlake Hospital Medical Center, is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join the Clinic Float Pool across the Eastside clinics near Seattle.

The role involves floating to Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah and Redmond locations about four days a week, performing MA duties and administrative tasks. The position requires MA program completion and MA-C certification, plus CPR and strong patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or WA state-compliant training.
• MA-C certification or Interim MA-C through WA DOH; must obtain regular MA-C within 6 months.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple clinics about 4 days per week.
• Perform administrative work at Bellevue location one day per week.
• Provide Medical Assistant duties in urgent care, primary and specialty clinics.
