Job summary

Overlake Clinics is seeking an experienced full-time Medical Assistant for our Clinic Float Pool. The role will involve floating to clinics across Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and Redmond, with administrative work one day per week in Bellevue.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited MA program, MA-C certification (or Interim MA-C), and CPR certification. EMR experience (EPIC) is preferred, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or WA state equivalent.
• MA-C or Interim MA-C through WA DOH required (within 6 months of hire).
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• The employee will float approximately 4 days each week to clinics, and 1 day in Bellevue doing administrative work.
• Support urgent care, primary care, and specialty clinics as needed.
• Provide administrative support at Bellevue location.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
