Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of office reception experience.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments according to procedures.
