The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, is a team player, and can read and communicate in English. Prior medical office experience is a plus.

• Typing/keyboarding skills.
• Must communicate in English; additional languages helpful.
• Customer service and office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously at check-in and check-out.
• Answer telephones in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments per established procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, staff and patients about appointments.
• Collect demographic information for contact and billing.
