Responsibilities

• Learns and demonstrates proficiency in at least one clinical front office operation.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the EPIC EMR and front office workflows.
• Delivers customer service with professionalism to patients and families.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy.
• Duties may include direct patient interaction and handling patient records.
