Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, assess calls, enroll customers, and document interactions in the patient database.

You will triage inquiries, understand adverse events, and support patient solutions initiatives while coordinating with physicians' offices and pharmacies to ensure timely access to services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Some college is preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/call center setting preferred.
• Medical Insurance knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with patients by carefully evaluating the purpose of the call, prioritizing their handling, and triaging the calls.
• Enroll new customers to Patient Solutions.
• Record activities in the patient database and follow up to secure services by contacting physician’s offices, pharmacies, and other external entities.
• Data entry of incoming documents.
• Understand adverse events, identify and record them.
• Complete various special projects as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
