You will be the first point of contact, performing patient registration, scheduling, and check-out duties, while handling payments and insurance details with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience handling patient registration and check-out processes.
• Ability to collect payments and manage end-of-day reporting.
• Knowledge of insurance information collection and verification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and providers to gather information for accurate registration.
• Assign Medical Record Number and schedule appointments.
• Process point-of-service payments and document collection.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; ensure forms are signed.
• Initiate and verify referrals/authorizations.
• Provide proactive customer service and resolve concerns with leadership if needed.
