Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and performing check-in/check-out with professionalism.
• Reviewing schedules and ensuring information is available for visits.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups.
• Answering routine questions in person and by phone with good service.
• Performing clerical tasks including copying, scanning, and mail handling.
• Maintaining and filing patient health records.
• Coordinating with insurance providers for pre-authorizations as needed.
• Protecting patient privacy and contributing to a safe practice environment.
