Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and connect with patients to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
• Provide high-quality patient services for appointments, tests/procedures, bills/charges, referrals, and other inquiries.
• Enter billing information accurately at time of service and follow up on missing data.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records as per practice standards.
