Work Monday through Friday with one late night and one Saturday per month; start about 7:45 AM and most days end by 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services: efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting appointments or information.
• Billing services: entry of billing information at time of service and follow-up on missing information.
• Medical record services: maintain accurate and timely medical records.
