Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties.
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance.
• Scans documents into the electronic health record.
• Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter.
• Checks schedules for added, cancelled and no-show appointments.
• Schedules follow-up appointments as needed.
• Responds to tasks in the EHR.
• Orders clinic office supplies.
• Sells and tracks cosmetic products; distributes mail.
• Prepares for next day appointments.
