Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration/healthcare is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients with respectful, high-quality service.
• Schedule patients, enter information, and manage scheduling in the system.
• Process patient registration with demographics and insurance details.
• Verify insurance information and assist with authorizations if needed.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Assist with referrals, MyChart, and online scheduling when required.
