Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Representative/Scheduler for Woodstock Imaging on a full-time daytime schedule. You will greet patients, register them, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments with accuracy and courtesy.

You will coordinate scheduling of outside testing, serve as a liaison between patient and practice, and maintain chart integrity and patient confidentiality throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years in a customer service position preferred.
