Job summary

• Verify insurance information and benefits, and ensure accuracy of demographic data.
• Obtain ID and insurance cards; validate patient identity and coverage before services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Facilitate patient flow through the care process and inform about policies and charges.
• Provide information on appointments, parking, records, and payment policies.
• Offer upfront financial counseling and discuss funding resources and payment plans.
