Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2+ years in a patient-facing healthcare or customer service role.
• Knowledge/Skills: excellent communication, HIPAA compliance, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete patient registrations for appointments with high attention to detail.
• Conduct pre-registration steps and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance benefits and referrals to ensure proper coverage.
• Provide upfront financial counseling and discuss payment options with patients.
• Serve as liaison for patients, physicians, and staff to facilitate care and resolve issues.
