• Manage patient flow, ensure medical record availability and complete physician/provider appointment schedules.
• Greet patients and visitors, determine their needs, and assist promptly and courteously; answer phones in a friendly manner.
• Collect and verify accurate patient information and enter into registration system.
• Receive payments and correctly process charge slips for data entry.
• Uphold Hillcrest Healthcare System policies and procedures while delivering quality patient care.
