Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments by phone or in person, coordinating with physicians/clinicians.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-pays, self pays, and outstanding balances when applicable.
• Ensures complete and accurate patient encounter data for charge entry.
• Completes daily close-out procedures per policy and regulation.
• Manages referrals, test scheduling, and pre-certifications as needed.
• Maintains organized patient records and handles mail and documents.
• Provides friendly, professional customer service at the front desk.
