You will manage calls, registrations, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure smooth patient experiences and efficient operations.

The role involves preregistration, referrals, and various clerical tasks while protecting sensitive information and maintaining professional communication with patients

Qualificações

• One year of clerical and/or receptionist experience.
• Ability to read, speak and write English and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage phone customer service and greet patients with courtesy.
• Handle referrals, authorizations, pre-registrations and scheduling tasks.
• Process patient information, demographics and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate records across scheduling and registration systems.
• Develop relationships with referring offices to support patient care.
