Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients by phone, in person, or secure messaging.
• Documents calls accurately in the EMR and supports patient intake and care.
• Schedules appointments for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Registers patients by updating demographic data and insurance information.
• Assists with forms, insurance coordination, and billing needs as required.
• Educates patients on financial assistance and payments.
