• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients, and verify information.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients and update demographic data in the registration system.
• Assist patients with forms and explain billing/financial aspects.
