Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Patient Service Rep in outpatient medical settings preferred.
• Experience with front-desk operations and patient check-in/out is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient service through intake calls and multi-provider coordination.
• Greet patients and assist with issue resolution.
• Check-in/out patients and collect co-payments; verify demographics and insurance in CS-Link.
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registrations; collect payments.
• Manage physician schedules and patient/provider communications per protocol.
• Process referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor CS-Link message pools and everyday workflow for improvements.
