• Two years of outpatient medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service through patient intake, scheduling, check-in/out, and demographics/insurance verification.
• Greet patients and assist with resolving issues or directing concerns.
• Schedule appointments, complete registrations, collect payments, and reconcile receipts.
• Assist with physician schedules and manage patient-provider communications.
• Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor and improve patient care flow and CS-Link message pools.
