Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist in resolving issues.
• Check-in/out, collect co-pays, issue receipts, and reconcile payments.
• Schedule appointments and complete patient registration.
• Assist with physician schedules and improve workflows.
• Process referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Monitor CS-Link message pools and standard work.
• Explain policies and procedures to patients.
• Participate in daily huddles and infection prevention practices.
