Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service through intake, prioritizing, and resolution of calls for a multi-specialty team.
• Greets patients and assists with resolving patient issues.
• Check-in and out patients and collect co-payments; verifies demographics and insurance data.
• Schedules appointments and completes patient registration; collects payments.
• Assists with management of physician schedules and communications with patients.
• Processes and tracks referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
• Manages patient care flow and monitors CS-Link message pools.
• Monitors own workflow to find opportunities for improvement.
• Explains policies, procedures, or services to patients.
• Participates in daily huddles and staff meetings.
• Promotes infection prevention standards and department policies.
