St. Elizabeth Hebron Conner Primary Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative II to collect accurate demographics and insurance data, answer phones, schedule tests, and process referrals.

The role supports the revenue cycle and requires courteous customer service in a fast-paced clinic. Responsibilities include verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, data entry into EMR, preparing new patient records, and coordinating with the central billing office as needed.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Minimum: High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules appointments for patients by phone or in person.
• Verifies patient demographic information and current insurance details.
• Collects co-pays, self-payments, and outstanding balances.
• Ensures all information is complete and ready for charge entry.
• Answers phones within three rings and provides friendly assistance.
• Maintains patient records and assists with referrals and scheduling.
